Hi, I’m Erin.
For over two decades, I’ve had the quiet honor of helping couples move through one of life’s most beautiful thresholds — their wedding day. With equal parts precision and heart, I specialize in creating calm in the midst of celebration: holding space for joy, grounding logistics in care, and ensuring that each moment unfolds as it should.
I believe that when people feel supported — truly supported — something transformative happens. They show up more fully, love more deeply, and carry that feeling outward. That’s why I do what I do. Behind every seamless timeline and smooth transition is a deeper intention: to create space for connection, ease, and belonging.
My approach is built on trust, thoughtful planning, and a steady presence that helps everyone — from the couple to the vendors — feel taken care of. It’s not just about getting everything right. It’s about fostering a feeling: one of peace, joy, and being exactly where you’re meant to be.
Tallahassee has been my home since childhood, though a stretch in Austin, Texas (where my son was born) helped shape me in meaningful ways. I returned so he could grow up close to family — and because I believe in roots, in neighbors, in showing up for one another. I’m a proud mother, a lover of the outdoors, and someone who finds clarity in nature, movement, and moments of stillness.
Motherhood has made me a better coordinator. It’s taught me to adapt quickly, lead gently, and always keep the bigger picture in view. It’s also deepened my belief in community — in the idea that we belong to each other, and that care is something we build, moment by moment, choice by choice.
At the heart of my work is this simple belief: that weddings are not just events, but reflections of something much deeper — our capacity to love, to gather, and to celebrate what truly matters. In a world often fractured by distraction or division, I see each wedding as a quiet act of hope. A reminder of what connects us. A chance to center joy, dignity, and togetherness.
Whether I’m smoothing timelines or adjusting place settings, my goal is the same: to help your day feel effortless, grounded, and full of heart.
